An international hotel group, with three to five star hotel inventory, is looking for a Cluster General Manager to join its management team. The position will be overseeing the overall operations of the assigned hotels ensuring efficiency and profitability of the property.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or any business related course
• Three (3) years experience in the same position, preferably managed multiple brands and categories
• Managed at least four (4) properties simultaneously as a Cluster General Manager
• With pre-opening skill set, project management, and project development know-how
• Excellent management and leadership skills

• With proven stakeholder engagement including client and partner relations
