Job summary

Transitions is seeking a General Manager for a 4-star international business hotel in the Visayas, Philippines. You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive profitability, and ensure compliance with brand standards across hotel functions.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field, 10 years in hospitality, and at least 3 years as GM or Resident Manager. Filipino candidates only; willing to be based anywhere in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or any business related field.
• Ten (10) years of progressive working experience in the hospitality industry.
• Three (3) years of which is in a General Manager or Resident Manager role.
• Experience with properties offering business, leisure, service residences, F&B outlets and banquets.
• Excellent management and leadership skills.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to be based in any location in the Philippines, with possible movement within the group.
• Filipino candidates only.
