You will work across properties to align F&B requirements, events, reports, inventories, and supplier coordination, ensuring smooth, compliant operations and service standards. A hospitality degree and 1–2 years' experience are required, with travel between properties.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in F&B, hotel operations, or administrative coordination preferred.
• Experience in hotel or multi-property operations is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate F&B requirements and activities across I’M Hotel, Manila Ocean Park, and Hotel H2O.
• Coordinate with F&B teams, Kitchen, Banquet, Purchasing, Finance, and other departments regarding operational requirements.
• Assist in coordinating menus, events, functions, promotions, and special F&B activities across properties.
• Consolidate and maintain F&B reports, schedules, requisitions, documents, and operational records.
• Monitor food and beverage supplies, inventory requirements, and product availability in coordination with concerned teams.
• Assist in coordinating purchasing, deliveries, and other F&B requirements between properties.
• Consolidate operational concerns and follow up with concerned departments for proper resolution.
• Support the implementation of F&B standards, procedures, and initiatives across the properties.
• Assist in monitoring food safety, sanitation, service standards, and operational compliance.
• Coordinate inter-property communications, meetings, and F&B-related activities.
• Assist F&B management in preparing reports, presentations, and other administrative requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by F&B management.
