Roy's Hotel and Convention Center is seeking a Food and Beverage Coordinator to deliver administrative and operational support across all outlets, meetings, and banquets. You will coordinate with F&B leadership, kitchen, stewarding, sales, HR, and other hotel divisions to streamline communication, manage schedules for agency and core personnel, and prepare essential documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management, including tracking stock levels, conducting regular audits, and coordinating requisitions for operating equipment and linens
• Ensure resources are available for daily needs and special events
• Monitor compliance with health, safety, cleanliness, and service standards
• Promptly flag operational hazards or maintenance needs
• Maintain an efficient, well-organized operational environment
• Schedule agency and core personnel
• Prepare essential documentation
• Serve as primary liaison between F&B leadership, kitchen, stewarding, sales, HR, and other key hotel divisions
