Job summary

Mayshine Cosmetics Philippines Inc. is seeking a diligent support role to assist with daily TikTok Shop livestreams from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday, onsite in Metro Manila.

You will help prepare rooms, check equipment, products, and promos before sessions, and assist hosts during streams. The role requires basic knowledge of livestream data and metrics, strong communication, and detail orientation.

Qualifications

• Experience in TikTok Shop or livestream commerce operations.
• Basic understanding of livestream data and metrics.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily TikTok Shop livestream operations and room preparation.
• Check livestream equipment, products, prices, vouchers, gifts, and promos before each session.
• Monitor livestream performance and metrics such as views, CTR, CVR, GMV and orders.
• Provide real-time support and feedback to hosts, including product switching and talking points.
• Monitor product links and livestream compliance.
• Assist with host scheduling, attendance, trials, and performance tracking.
• Double daily livestream data and prepare basic reports.
• Assist with short video content and other livestream promotional materials if needed.
• Monitor the livestream, support the host, manage products and promotions, track data, and improve livestream performance.
