Job summary

PRIME Philippines is seeking a Finance Analyst to join our finance team supporting a diverse portfolio in real estate, coworking, and professional services. You will organize and consolidate financial reports across multiple entities to support management decisions.

The role requires 2–5 years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and advanced Excel proficiency; CPA progress is a plus. This is a full-time onsite position in Metro Manila with exposure to ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or consolidation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel with pivot tables.
• Experience with ERP/financial systems is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication across teams.
• Experience in real estate, coworking, or professional services is a plus.
• CPA or progress toward CPA is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Organize and consolidate financial reports from multiple entities within the group.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements and management reports.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes across business units.
• Assist in preparing presentations and reports for management and stakeholders.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of financial data across entities.
• Coordinate with accounting teams of different business units to gather and validate financial information.
• Assist in the development and improvement of reporting templates and processes.
• Support ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.
• Ensure timely submission of consolidated reports to management.
