Dynamicminds Business Solutions, Inc. in Parañaque/Metro Manila is seeking an Accounting Assistant to support our accounting team across multiple client accounts.

The role focuses on maintaining accurate books, preparing reports, and reconciling accounts with attention to confidentiality. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting and have at least two years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in the same or a related role (experience in an accounting firm or multi-client environment is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of accounting, finance, and bookkeeping principles and practices.
• Comfortable managing multiple clients' needs with accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for multiple client accounts.
• Prepare periodic financial reports and summaries for clients and internal review.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Assist with budgeting and monitoring compliance with financial regulations for each client.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes across client accounts.
• Serve as a point of contact for client queries, responding promptly and professionally.
• Communicate financial information clearly to clients, team members, and stakeholders.
