Job summary

Boldergroup is seeking a detail-oriented Client Accounts Administrator to support the Client Finance function in Clark, Philippines. You will help maintain accurate financial records, reconcile entries, and assist with management reporting in a hybrid work setup.

The role requires at least an Associate degree in accounting with 1+ year of experience, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP. You will work across local regulations and collaborate with a proactive, precise team.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting.
• Basic accounting knowledge and best practices.
• Knowledge of IFRS, U.S. GAAP, or other local accounting frameworks.
• Data entry skills, high attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Can work with a high level of accuracy.
• Knowledge of accounting software such as Exact Online, XERO, Quickbooks, or Fresh Books.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions.
• Update and maintain the general ledger.
• Reconcile entries into the accounting system.
• Record debits and credits.
• Maintain the trial balance by reconciling general ledgers.
• Perform account reconciliation to assert the accuracy of transactions.
• Use knowledge of local laws to comply with reporting requirements.
• Monitor variances from the projected budget.
• Produce trial balance, management reports, and schedules.
