Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

• Executes day‑to‑day bookkeeping data entry, reconciliations and other transactional and compliance tasks (as applicable).
• Initiates communication with clients for data clarification and initial questions.
• Manages month‑end closing of accounts and prepares clients’ financial reports in collaboration with your manager.
• Performs tasks based on client workstreams and Standard Operations Procedures.
• Identifies and escalates issues to seniors or managers.

• Must be detail‑oriented and highly organized.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, or Accounting Technology.
• With at least 1‑3+ years of work experience in an accounting‑related field (Taxation, Audit, Payroll, General Accounting).
• Experience in QuickBooks, XERO, or any cloud‑based accounting system is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel is a must.
• Willing to work in a hybrid set‑up and can commute to Mandaluyong City.
