Job summary

vamasters, Inc. is seeking an Amazon PPC Specialist to manage and optimize campaigns for a portfolio including around 150 SKUs. You will drive performance across Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display, while monitoring TikTok Shop and delivering weekly reports with clear recommendations.

Ideal candidates have hands-on PPC experience, strong data analysis skills in Excel/Sheets, and the ability to communicate findings clearly. Collaboration is key in a fast-growing e-commerce portfolio.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).
• Strong knowledge of Seller Central and Amazon Ads console.
• Solid understanding of PPC metrics: ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate.
• Experience with keyword research, bid optimization, and search term analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with performance data in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent written communication with clear, professional updates and reports.
• Diligent, precise, and able to operate independently.
• Trustworthy with sensitive account data and willing to sign confidentiality agreement.

Responsibilities

• Launch and manage Amazon PPC campaigns across Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display.
• Review search term reports weekly to harvest high-performing keywords and add negative keywords.
• Adjust bids and budgets to improve ACoS, TACoS, and ROAS.
• Maintain campaigns for a large catalog (~150 SKUs) and smaller brand catalogs.
• Support the Amazon advertising launch of new brands.
• Monitor the TikTok Shop account and flag issues and opportunities.
• Track campaign performance and deliver a weekly report with observations and recommendations.
• Flag trends and opportunities to the team for strategic decisions.
• Stay in regular contact with the team with updates at least three days a week.
• Keep up with Amazon Ads and TikTok Shop updates and best practices.
