Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines is seeking an HR professional to manage daily HR operations across departments including meat processing teams. You will handle attendance, recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.

The role emphasizes compliance with labor rules, employee development, and confidentiality, with exposure to production and warehouse staffing in a meat/fabric industry setting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily attendance, tardiness, absences, undertime, and overtime.
• Handle recruitment, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Prepare and maintain employee 201 files and HR records.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements, medical, and fit-to-work documents.
• Prepare employment contracts and HR-related documents.
• Coordinate payroll data, overtime, deductions, and attendance records.
• Handle employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
• Monitor manpower requirements of production, warehouse, butchery, and other departments.
• Coordinate employee deployment, transfers, schedules, and replacements.
• Conduct orientations regarding company policies, workplace rules, and benefits.
• Monitor compliance with labor and company policies.
• Coordinate training and employee development programs.
• Prepare HR reports such as headcount, attendance, turnover, hiring status, and manpower updates.
• Coordinate with Production/Operations regarding staffing and employee performance.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
• Monitor manpower for butchers, meat cutters, production workers, packers, warehouse staff, drivers, and sanitation personnel.
• Coordinate medical/fit-to-work requirements and health-related documentation required by the company.
• Monitor compliance with hygiene, grooming, PPE, sanitation, and food-safety workplace rules.
• Coordinate employee schedules based on production requirements.
• Assist in investigating attendance, safety, sanitation, and workplace incidents.
• Coordinate with QA/Food Safety regarding employee compliance with hygiene standards.
