Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a skilled MS Engineer to provide on-site technical support to field engineers and clients. You will diagnose, repair, and debug complex electro/mechanical systems, computer systems, software, and networks while maintaining high service levels.

You will work across cultures, manage tickets of varying complexity, and collaborate with vendors to resolve incidents and implement improvements. A solid ITIL background and proactive mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires IT/Computing qualification or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in managed services and ITIL processes is preferred.
• Ability to work with vendors and third parties.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client infrastructure is installed, configured, and operational.
• Monitor and respond to alerts using monitoring tools.
• Log incidents with sufficient detail and escalate as needed.
• Provide onsite technical support and field engineering services.
• Identify process improvements and opportunities for automation.
