FBS - Farmer Business Services, partnered with Capgemini, is seeking a seasoned Microsoft 365 Engineer with emphasis on Microsoft Teams to join its IT team. You will manage, support, and optimize our Microsoft 365 environment, focusing on Teams configuration and user enablement across the organization.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of Microsoft 365 administration, strong Teams deployment experience, and a proven ability to automate tasks with PowerShell and Power Automate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience administering Microsoft 365 services.
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Teams deployment, configuration, and management.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 identity management with Azure Active Directory.
• Experience with Teams audio/video setup, troubleshooting, and quality assessment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Graph API for Teams customization and integration.
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills for Microsoft 365 and Teams management.
• Experience with Power Automate for creating workflow automations within Teams.
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business.
• Lead the management of Microsoft Teams across the organization.
• Develop and configure Copilot agents within Teams and Copilot studio.
• Troubleshoot Teams connectivity, AV quality, and integration challenges.
• Analyze usage logs and call quality data to improve performance.
• Create PowerShell automation and integrate with Microsoft Graph API.
• Provide third‑level support and training for Teams features.
• Collaborate with service desk to improve troubleshooting procedures
