Job description

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Architect & Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online solutions. The role focuses on enhancing digital knowledge management, collaboration, content governance, metadata management, enterprise search, and process automation within a large-scale organization.

Key responsibilities include designing and developing SharePoint Online site templates, page templates, custom web parts, workflows, and integrations across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. The successful candidate will work extensively with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Microsoft Graph API, PowerShell, taxonomy management platforms, governance tools, and automated provisioning solutions to deliver secure, scalable, and user-friendly digital workplace solutions.

The role involves gathering and refining technical requirements, creating solution architecture and technical specifications, developing custom integrations, configuring governance and compliance controls, implementing automation workflows, and ensuring alignment with enterprise security standards. Additional responsibilities include testing, troubleshooting, documentation, user acceptance testing support, training delivery, knowledge transfer, and assisting with migration and modernization initiatives.

Applicants should possess strong expertise in Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, SPFx development, Microsoft Graph API, PowerShell scripting, enterprise search, metadata management, API integration, cloud governance, and secure system design. Experience in designing complex enterprise integrations, managing large-scale Microsoft environments, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders is essential.

Candidates must have at least 7 years of experience in Microsoft ecosystem development, including 3+ years focused on SharePoint and Microsoft 365 backend integrations. Strong communication, problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management skills are required.
