Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business/IT-related field and 5+ years of experience.
• Strong Excel skills with Pivot Tables and complex formulas.
• Experience with Siebel, SAP, and BI tools is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage MADC asset transactions in Siebel to support timely delivery.
• Generate BOXI reports and analyze billing trends for invoice validation.
• Create and validate preliminary invoices for MPS accounts.
• Prepare complete billing reports for customer invoices.
• Resolve tickets from internal teams and customers within timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and geographies to ensure timely deliverables.
• Validate asset data before billing periods; monitor asset meter reads.
• Use BI tools to identify asset/billing issues and propose solutions.
• Load devices to customer accounts per asset acceptance and CPN checks in SAP.
• Perform ad hoc analysis and data maintenance to support the business.
