Job summary

Xerox Corporation in the Philippines is seeking an Accounting Analyst to support financial accounting, reporting, and analysis across multiple business areas within our Record to Report (R2R) organization. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant financial accounting experience.
• Knowledge of US GAAP.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Sage, or similar GL systems.
• Familiarity with reporting tools like Blackline, Tableau, Power BI, SmartView, QlikView.
• Experience in R2R, OPEX, fixed assets, intercompany, or revenue accounting.
• Exposure to audits and SOX compliance.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate and timely month-end close, financial reporting, and analysis.
• Prepare monthly financial accounts, schedules, journals, and account reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and audit requests.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and support business reviews with relevant insights.
• Resolve system and process queries, supporting global teams as needed.
• Contribute to process improvement and transformation initiatives.
• Participate in remote knowledge transfer and support standardization across countries.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant financial accounting experience
• Financial accounting experience with the ability to apply accounting principles in new business situations
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem‑solving, and prioritization skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills across multiple levels of an organization
• Experience working within multinational and collaborative team environments
• Ability to work effectively in a changing environment and support transformation initiatives
• Knowledge of US GAAP
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Sage, or similar GL systems
