Job summary

Business Trends Philippines is hiring a Field Sales Representative to drive growth through daily store visits, route execution, and active account development in Cotabato, Sarangani, South Cotabato, and nearby areas. You will promote priority products, manage inventory, and ensure visibility and merchandising at each location.

The role requires strong selling and relationship skills, independence, and willingness to travel daily.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales or route sales is an advantage.
• Own motorcycle/vehicle with valid driver's license.
• Willing to conduct daily field/store visits.
• Strong selling and customer relationship skills.

• Plan and execute daily store visits based on the approved route plan.
• Achieve assigned sales, account coverage, and new account targets.
• Sell and promote priority products using effective selling techniques.
• Develop existing accounts and acquire new customers.
• Ensure proper product availability, visibility, and merchandising.
• Implement FIFO and remove damaged or expired products.
• Monitor competitor activities, out-of-stocks, and customer concerns.
• Submit daily sales, inventory, remittance, and field activity reports.
