Job summary

Premiumbikes Corporation is seeking a Motorcycle Service Technician in the Philippines to perform both minor and major motorcycle repairs and ensure high quality service. You will follow First Come First Serve servicing, prepare job orders, and manage the service shop efficiently.

The role includes maintaining shop cleanliness, performing PDI before motorcycle release, and ensuring customer satisfaction through reliable workmanship and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• With at least 1 year related working experience.
• Knowledge in motorcycle repairs, troubleshooting, processing of warranty claims and other service shop functions.
• Able to grasp business process immediately.
• Flexible, Honest, Trustworthy with high level of Integrity.

Responsibilities

• Conducts all types of minor and major motorcycle repairs.
• Observes proper implementation of company policies and procedures such as “First Come First Serve” servicing, job order preparation, collection of supplier’s service coupon, etc.
• Performs maintenance and repair of employee’s service units.
• Maintains the cleanliness and orderliness of the shop, maintenance of machines, equipments and disposal of waste materials.
• Performs Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) before the release of the motorcycle unit to the customer.
• Provide quality service to ensure customer satisfaction.
