Job summary

Maintain cleanliness of the shop, machines, and dispose of waste materials; perform Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) before delivery to customers; provide quality service and uphold company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conducts all types of minor and major motorcycle repairs.
• Observes proper implementation of company policies and procedures such as First Come First Serve servicing, job order preparation, collection of supplier's service coupon, etc.
• Maintains the cleanliness and orderliness of the shop, maintenance of machines, equipments and disposal of waste materials.
• Performs Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) before the release of the motorcycle unit to the customer.
• Provide quality service to ensure customer satisfaction.
