Job summary

Premiumbikes Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a Service Workshop Supervisor to oversee daily workshop operations and ensure high-quality vehicle service. You will supervise and support mechanics and technicians, and develop programs to increase service performance.

You will monitor repair quality, productivity, and turnaround times, ensure accurate vehicle diagnosis and repairs, and coordinate parts, tools, and workshop resources while enforcing safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in automotive service operations.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and workshop operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service workshop operations.
• Supervise and support mechanics and technicians.
• Create and develop programs to increase service performance.
• Monitor SPAO performance and recommend purchase order.
• Monitor repair quality, productivity, and turnaround time.
