• Advise customers on proper usage and basic troubleshooting.
• Help implement marketing promos and activities for the service hub.
• Ensure proper use, arrangement, and safekeeping of service tools.
• Keep the service hub clean and dispose of waste properly.
• Coordinate with the Branch Head on service marketing strategies.
