Job summary

Triumph Motorcycles Philippines is seeking a Service Technician to perform diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance on vehicles at our Cebu City location. You will ensure adherence to manufacturer specifications and safety standards while communicating timelines to customers.

The role requires a Diploma or TESDA certification in automotive fields and at least 1 year of hands-on experience, with opportunities for training and certification to enhance skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Automotive Industry, TESDA or relevant certification.
• At least 1 year of experience as Service Technician.
• Knowledge of industry-standard tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough diagnostics on vehicles using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Conduct repairs and routine maintenance such as oil changes, brake checks, tire rotations, engine repairs, and system replacements.
• Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair engines, transmissions, suspensions, and electrical components.
• Address complex mechanical problems and propose effective solutions to restore vehicle functionality.
• Inspect vehicles before and after service to ensure quality and safety.
• Communicate with service advisors and customers about repairs and estimated timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, service performed and parts used.
• Document issues found during diagnostics and the corresponding solutions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Perform car accessories installation.
• Participate in training programs and certifications to improve skills.
