Job summary

Premiumbikes Corporation in Passi, Iloilo seeks a skilled motorcycle mechanic to perform a wide range of repairs, inspections, and routine service tasks in a busy workshop, ensuring workmanship meets safety and quality standards.

You will conduct both minor and major repairs, handle warranty claims, maintain shop cleanliness and equipment, and perform Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) before units are released to customers, while upholding FCFS and delivering reliable service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of related working experience.
• Knowledge in motorcycle repairs, troubleshooting, warranty claims and service shop functions.
• Able to grasp business processes quickly.
• Flexible, honest, trustworthy with high integrity.

Responsibilities

• Conducts all types of minor and major motorcycle repairs.
• Observes proper implementation of company policies and procedures such as “First Come First Serve” servicing, job order preparation, collection of supplier’s service coupon, etc.
• Performs maintenance and repair of employee’s service units.
• Maintains the cleanliness and orderliness of the shop, maintenance of machines, equipments and disposal of waste materials.
• Performs Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) before the release of the motorcycle unit to the customer.
• Provide quality service to ensure customer satisfaction.
