This full-time role focuses on identifying opportunities, forging partnerships, and expanding revenue streams. You will build relationships with distributors and clients, conduct market analysis, prepare compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to execute

Qualifications

• Proven track record in business development or sales in automotive or motorcycle sectors.
• Strong understanding of motorcycle market dynamics and regulatory landscape.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree required; 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Willing to travel within Metro Manila and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the motorcycle sector.
• Build partnerships with distributors, dealers, and clients.
• Develop strategic BD plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
