Job summary

M3 MANPOWER AGENCY INC. is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician responsible for installation, inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of motors, generators, and related electrical-mechanical equipment.

The role requires hands-on expertise to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation. Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance, testing of electrical parameters, and reading diagrams.

Qualifications

Graduate of Electrical Technology or related program.
Experience in motor, generator, electrical, or mechanical equipment maintenance.
Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings and use testing instruments.
Willing to work on-site and in shifting schedules; strong safety focus; NC II certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on motors, generators, and related equipment.
Inspect, test, and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical components.
Diagnose equipment problems and perform necessary repairs or adjustments.
Conduct testing of voltage, current, resistance, insulation, and other operating parameters.
Read and interpret electrical diagrams, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
Maintain proper maintenance records, inspection reports, and service documentation.
Coordinate with engineers and other maintenance personnel regarding equipment issues.
