Job summary

MA Financial Group in Manila is seeking an experienced Digital Designer & Support Specialist to join our team. You will design, update and maintain websites for our network of mortgage brokers using our proprietary platform, ensuring each site is professional and aligned with the broker's brand.

You will work with brokers and internal teams to translate feedback into polished digital outcomes, manage multiple website builds, and provide ongoing content updates, imagery, and layouts with

Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years' experience in web design, digital design or related role.
• Experience creating and maintaining professional websites.
• Experience in client-facing or stakeholder-facing roles.
• Experience with website content, imagery and layouts.
• Proficient with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or Canva.

Responsibilities

• Design and build websites for mortgage brokers using our proprietary platform.
• Work within brand guidelines while tailoring sites to individual broker brands.
• Manage website projects from initial brief through launch.
• Update and maintain existing broker websites in response to requests.
• Create, edit and format website content, imagery and page layouts.
• Source, resize and optimise imagery for websites.
• Create and edit digital assets using design tools.
• Review website content for accuracy and quality.
• Liaise with brokers to understand requirements and provide guidance.
