Job summary

MA Financial Group seeks an experienced Digital Designer & Support Specialist to join our Manila-based team. You will design, build and maintain broker websites using our proprietary platform, ensuring brands are accurately represented and visually engaging.

You will also provide ongoing website support, updating content, imagery and layouts, and translating client feedback into polished digital outcomes. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years' experience in web design, digital design or related role.
• Experience creating and maintaining professional websites.
• Client-facing, customer-facing or stakeholder-facing experience.
• Strong experience with website content, imagery and page layouts.
• Experience using content management systems or similar platforms.
• Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva.

Responsibilities

• Design and build websites for mortgage brokers using our proprietary website platform.
• Work within templates, brand guidelines and design standards while tailoring to broker brands.
• Manage website projects from brief to launch.
• Update and maintain broker websites in response to requests.
• Create, edit and format website content, imagery, banners and layouts.
• Source, resize and optimize imagery for websites.
• Create/edit digital assets using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva.
• Review website content for accuracy, consistency and quality.
• Liaise with brokers to understand requirements and provide guidance on design and content.
• Translate client requests into practical website updates.
• Manage multiple website builds and support requests with deadlines.
• Conduct QA checks before publishing changes.
• Ensure websites are consistent across desktop and mobile devices.
• Collaborate with marketing, tech and internal teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve templates and processes.
• Maintain records of requests and changes.
