East West Banking Corporation in Taguig City is seeking a Mortgage Strategy & Analytics Officer to join our Consumer Lending team. You will support data-driven strategies and analytics initiatives to strengthen mortgage performance and profitability on onsite basis.

You will analyze portfolio trends, develop MIS reports and KPI dashboards, and work with cross-functional partners to drive growth while managing risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related disciplines preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong analytical and quantitative backgrounds welcome; candidates with at least three years in strategy/analytics encouraged.

Responsabilités

• Analyze customer behavior, portfolio performance, and market trends to support strategic initiatives and business planning for the Mortgage portfolio.
• Prepare MIS reports, KPI dashboards, analytics outputs, and performance monitoring tools for data-driven decisions.
• Assist in developing strategies to improve profitability, increase billings, and support revenue growth in Mortgage.
• Conduct portfolio reviews, customer segmentation analyses, and profitability assessments to identify opportunities and trends.
• Support policy, process, and system enhancements through research, data analysis, and business requirements gathering.
• Collaborate with Credit, Operations, Compliance, IT, and other partners to drive growth while managing portfolio risk.

Our Consumer Lending team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig City with the role of Mortgage Strategy & Analytics Officer.

In this role, you will support the development of data-driven strategies and analytics initiatives that strengthen the performance and profitability of the Mortgage business. You will provide meaningful insights, monitor key business metrics, and recommend opportunities for portfolio and process improvements.

What The Role Will Entail

• Analyze customer behavior, portfolio performance, and market trends to support strategic initiatives and business planning for the Mortgage portfolio.
• Prepare and enhance MIS reports, KPI dashboards, analytics outputs, and performance monitoring tools to support data-driven decision-making.
• Assist in developing strategies that improve profitability, increase billings, and support revenue growth across the Mortgage business.
• Conduct portfolio reviews, customer segmentation analyses, and profitability assessments to identify emerging opportunities and trends.
• Support policy, process, and system enhancement initiatives through research, data analysis, and business requirements gathering.
• Work closely with Credit, Operations, Compliance, IT, and other business partners to drive sustainable growth while managing portfolio risk.

What We're Looking For

• Graduate of any four-year course; degrees in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related disciplines are an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong analytical and quantitative backgrounds are welcome to apply; candidates with at least three years of experience in strategy, analytics, marketing, or business intelligence are also encouraged.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive meaningful insights from large data sets.
• Experience in preparing MIS reports, KPI dashboards, business performance reports, and portfolio analytics is an advantage.
• Knowledge of banking products, portfolio management, business analytics, and regulatory requirements is preferred.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, customer-centric mindset, integrity, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
