The role requires collecting detailed financial information, preparing a complete client summary, and ensuring compliance with lending standards. Office-based, full-time position with a focus on thorough due diligence and accurate documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of two years of direct experience in Australian mortgage lending, secured lending, credit assessment, or loan qualification.
• Experience in appointment setting, lead qualification, mortgage processing, or credit assessment.
• Strong understanding of Australian mortgage and secured lending processes.
• Experience collecting detailed client financial and property information.
• Ability to review financial documents, property information and existing loan commitments.
• Comfort asking detailed and sensitive financial questions to clients.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong client engagement and appointment setting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple enquiries and follow ups accurately.

Aufgaben

• Contact new clients to understand lending requirements and financial circumstances.
• Establish loan purpose, amount, term, and proposed repayment strategy.
• Ask detailed questions to determine suitability for further assessment.
• Assess client income, expenses, assets, liabilities and credit position.
• Collect employment, business and financial history information as applicable.
