Job summary

Acquire Intelligence is seeking an Appointment Setter to contact and qualify Australian mortgage and secured loan enquiries, then schedule appointments with the Manager or Back End team. You will collect financial details, obtain supporting documents, and prepare comprehensive client summaries for assessment.

This role requires experience in Australian mortgage lending, strong questioning skills and confidence handling sensitive financial information.

Qualifications

• Two years of direct experience in Australian mortgage lending, secured lending or loan qualification.

Responsibilities

• Contact new clients promptly to understand lending requirements and financial circumstances.
• Establish loan purpose, amount, term and repayment strategy.
• Ask detailed questions to determine suitability for further assessment.
• Assess client income, expenses, assets, liabilities and credit position.
• Gather employment and financial history information; ensure documentation is complete.
• Escalate any credit, compliance or documentation concerns to the Manager or Back End team.
• Schedule qualified clients for appointments with Manager or Back End team.
• Prepare clear client summaries with supporting documents for appointments.
• Maintain CRM notes and appointment outcomes.
