Job summary

RAM Australia Services No. 2 PTY LTD Philippine representative office is hiring an Operations Quality Officer to support the Manila team. You will audit daily settled applications, ensure data accuracy, and maintain vital RMBS reports across eight warehouses.

The role requires a Business/Management or related degree, 6 months to 1 year of QA experience in lending, and strong organisational and time management skills. Ortigas morning shift; willingness to work beyond hours is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Business Administration/Management, Communication, or any related field.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Audit daily settled applications for data accuracy and completeness.
• Audit existing Pool Cut warehouses for data integrity.
• Communicate data discrepancies to stakeholders and ensure actions are taken.
• Review documentation on settled applications for regulatory and policy compliance.
• Maintain Pool Cut Data Master List and RMBS Daily Pool Cut Reports across eight warehouses.
• Suggest process or system improvements to enhance data quality.
• Monitor staff compliance with Manila processes and provide weekly error summaries.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve QA issues.
• Participate in testing of system-based enhancements.
• Provide back-up coverage for other teams as needed.
• Perform other duties as required.
