As Operations Quality Officer, you will be part of the team providing support for the Manila office. You’re in charge of assisting the QA Team. You are responsible for completing audits, making sure that all data are updated, maintaining and reviewing all documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for completing audits of daily settled applications with correct, complete, and accurate data
- Responsible for completing audits of existing Pool Cut warehouses
- Responsible for making sure that data updates and or changes as well as data discrepancies to be actioned are communicated and must also make sure that these are actioned as required
- Reviewing all documentation on settled applications to ensure that all adheres to applicable regulation and BHL credit policies and procedures
- Communicating promptly and effectively with all the stakeholders in respect to ant deficiencies or discrepancies
- Responsible for maintaining an updated, complete, and accurate Pool Cut Data Master List and RMBS Daily Pool Cut Reports on the 8 warehouses
- May recommend strategies, process, and procedures as well as system improvements to improve the accuracy, completeness, and quality of Pool Cut data
- Required to check compliance by all staff to BHL Manila process and procedures and provide Team Leader weekly error summary list
- Provides answers to queries and concerns from other staff and works with Team Leader to find solutions
- Collaborates with stakeholders to resolve and address QA related issues
- Acts as co-project Lead during an “RMBS Sale” or Audits by funders, external auditors, and other stakeholders
- Participate in testing of system-based enhancements
- Provide back-up coverage for other teams as required
- Perform other duties from time to time
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Graduate of Business Administration/Management, Communication, or any related field
- Preferably with at least 6 months to 1 year experience as Quality Assurance Officer in mortgages, lending, and sales. Non-resident mortgage experience would be desirable
- Flexible communications skills
- Strong history of contribution to a team
- An understanding of the application of commercial acumen
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to demonstrate strong organisational and time management skills
- Professionally presented at all times
- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Sharepoint)
- Must be hard working, friendly, energetic and willing to work under pressure
- Willingly work beyond required hours if needed and punctual at all times
- Must have a good sense of responsibility and initiative
- Willing to work in Ortigas and in morning shift
