Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a Mortgage Support Specialist to handle customer communications via email and phone, coordinate meetings, and assist brokers in structuring loans.

You will review documents, perform credit checks, and prepare mortgage applications, working closely with banks and lenders. The role requires excellent English communication, relationship-building skills, and a minimum of 2+ years AU Mortgage experience.

• At least 2+ years’ experience in AU Mortgage.

Responsibilities

• Send and respond to customer emails and follow ups.
• Contact customers via phone and email to support them through the journey.
• Set up meetings between broker and customer.
• Work with broker in gathering and renaming documents.
• Check documents for required information accuracy.
• Coordinate with banks' broker support teams and BDMs as needed.
• Order valuations, pricing, and credit checks.
• Assist brokers in checking deals, policies, and scenarios with banks and lenders.
• Prepare and submit mortgage applications.
