Job summary

ConnectOS is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Processing Specialist to join our team in the Philippines. The role focuses on document management, NCCP compliance, and accurate data entry for loan applications across MyCRM, AOL, Simpology, and lender portals.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in AU mortgage processing, strong IT and Google Workspace skills, and experience with major project management tools. WFH, hybrid or on-site options available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years in AU mortgage loan processing.
• Experience with aggregators CRM (MyCRM, Infynity, Mercury Nexus, Flex, Salestrekker).
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Gmail/Outlook).
• Experience with project management tools (Monday.com, Trello, Airtable, Asana).

Responsibilities

• Manage document control and organize sensitive supporting documents.
• Perform NCCP Compliance checks.
• Enter loan applications into MyCRM, AOL, Simpology, or lender portal.
• Conduct living expense analysis.
• Prepare application paperwork including First Home Buyers and Discharge forms.
• Order valuations with brokers and coordinate with valuation firms.
• Prepare pricing requests across lenders for new and settled loans.
• Generate and interpret comprehensive credit reports.
• Assist in mitigating MIRs, Conditional Approvals and Settlement Conditions.
• Cross-check approval and settlement documents against client requirements.
• Ensure timely settlement and deadlines.
