Home Equities is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer to manage mortgage applications from submission to settlement in Cebu City. You will coordinate with brokers, lenders, and our team to ensure accurate processing, regulatory compliance, and timely communication with clients.

Responsibilities

• Review mortgage loan applications and documents for completeness and compliance.
• Request and obtain necessary documents from applicants and vendors.
• Update loan processing systems with accurate information.
• Communicate loan status and requirements with team and lenders.
• Respond to borrower inquiries about the process and status.
• Order valuations and third-party services as needed.
• Ensure loan files are complete and compliant with policies.
• Meet processing, closing, and milestone deadlines.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism.
• Coordinate with solicitors to ensure timely settlement.
• Assist in all aspects of loan settlement including refinance or purchase.
• Assist customers with required bank documents when building their home.
