Job summary

JPMorganChase in the Philippines is seeking a Home Lending Solutions Analyst to support a shared correspondent lending pipeline and ensure accurate progression of mortgage files. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in mortgage banking or mortgage operations.
• Experience supporting file progression activities (processing, underwriting, closing/funding, post-close, or quality control).
• Ability to manage high-volume communications (phone/email) and document interactions.
• Experience communicating with external clients or partners with clear status updates.
• Familiarity with TRID, HMDA, CFPB requirements (training may be provided).
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to summarize issues and next steps.
• Excellent organizational skills for queue-driven environments; meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; comfortable with collaboration tools.
• Must pass the CSA requirement and work U.S. hours (night shift).

Responsibilities

• Support a shared pipeline of correspondent loan activity to maintain production standards.
• Provide status updates to clients and internal stakeholders via email, phone, and meetings.
• Review loan files for completeness and adherence to process requirements.
• Identify gaps and issues; drive resolution through routing, follow-up, and escalation.
• Coordinate with underwriting, compliance, funding, post-funding, and quality teams to ensure timely progression.
• Maintain accurate notes and outcomes in systems for auditability.
• Participate in recurring client and internal touchpoints; capture action items and ensure follow-through.
• Identify recurring defects and root causes; recommend improvements to reduce rework.
• Demonstrate ownership and a solutions-oriented approach to support customer satisfaction.
