You will explain requirements, coordinate documentation, and communicate decisions with accuracy and timeliness in line with policy and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include managing inquiries, presenting payment options, and ensuring compliance while collaborating with internal teams to progress cases

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers and third parties throughout servicing processes
• Respond to inquiries and progress transactions and delinquency resolution
• Explain payment options, retention options, and liquidation options as applicable
• Communicate documentation requirements and timelines clearly
• Review documentation for completeness and accuracy
• Coordinate with internal teams to progress cases and fix gaps
• Communicate decisions and required actions to customers
• Monitor customer actions and follow up for timely completion
• Maintain accurate case notes and updates in systems
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements
