• 1–2 years of experience in loan processing or mortgage brokerage support.
• End-to-end loan process understanding: documents, credit, valuations, submission.
• Experience running servicing calculations and comparing lender products.
• Ability to prepare written loan summaries and recommendations.
• Confident CRM and data entry; quick learner of new platforms.
• Excellent written English for client communications.
• High attention to detail with financial documents.
• Proactive, self-starting; can manage a file without step-by-step instructions.
• Reliable, detail-oriented; able to work independently.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review new client files, supporting documents, and scenario summaries provided by the broker.
• Research and compare lender products to identify the most suitable loan options for each client situation.
• Run servicing and serviceability calculations, including buffer assessments, across shortlisted lenders.
• Prepare clear written loan option summaries and recommendations for broker review before they go to the client.
• Complete accurate data entry and lodge loan applications in the CRM system.
• Collect required documents from clients via email, keeping the broker copied on all correspondence.
• Follow up on outstanding documents and information to keep applications moving forward.
• Support credit assessment and valuation requirements through to submission.
• Maintain organized, up-to-date digital client files and application records.
• Contribute ideas and suggest improvements to existing processes and workflows.
