Job summary

Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) seeks a Mortgage Support Associate (Marketing) to perform mortgage annotation and regularization of documentary deficiencies as well as other post-booking functions. The role supports the Housing Loan Division’s Sales Account Officers and aims to minimize bank risk.

The incumbent will maintain the documentary deficiencies database, send documents to clients, and handle post-booking inquiries about documentary requirements and title delivery status.

Qualifications

• Basic computer applications (word processing / spreadsheets / etc.).
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Good communication skills (oral/written).
• Documentation skills.
• Logical reasoning.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Must be willing to be assigned in Makati.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Sales Account Officers of Housing Loan Division in post booking functions.
• Mitigates the risk of the bank through regularization of Housing Loan documentary deficiencies.
• Maintains and updates homegrown documentary deficiencies database.
• Sends copy of housing loan documents to clients.
• Handles post booking inquiries related to documentary requirements and title delivery status.
