Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. is the Philippines’ leading full-service bank, offering a wide range of financial and digital banking services. This role focuses on end-to-end processing of loan documents from turn-in to booking, ensuring compliance for mortgage-related requirements.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in home loan/documentation, and strong communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams. MBA is a plus; familiarity with bank processes is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from College/University.
• MBA degree or completion of some units is an advantage.
• At least two (2) years of experience handling documentation for home loan / mortgage or business loans.
• Familiarity with consumer loan product and process.
• Knowledge of loan and other bank processes.
• Advanced communication, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Timely conversion of approved loan to actual booking by reviewing loan documents and coordinating with clients for pre-booking requirements.
• Coordinate with Loans Administration Group units for final review and loan booking.
• Help achieve team targets and monitor post-booking loan deficiencies with clients/referrers/business partners.
