Job summary

GBSS is seeking an AU mortgage specialist to own end-to-end loan processing from intake to settlement. You will manage data entry, document verification, and valuation reviews, ensuring compliance and timely approvals.

The role requires hands-on experience with Salestrekker, ApplyOnline, Quickli, Property Hub, and valuation reading, coupled with strong analytical skills and proactive problem-solving to move applications smoothly through the pipeline.

Qualifications

• AU mortgage processing end-to-end experience.
• Proficient with Salestrekker, ApplyOnline, Quickli.
• Ability to read valuation reports for risk.
• Analytical with strong policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own loan files end-to-end, data entry into Salestrekker and ApplyOnline.
• Verify documents (payslips, bank statements, IDs) for integrity.
• Order and review valuations from Property Hub or lender sites.
• Run servicing calculators and review lender policies for structure.
• Monitor progress from processing to bank approval and resolve bottlenecks.
