Responsibilities include overseeing mortgage licenses, ensuring compliance with regulations, and acting as a designated AML Officer. Qualifications

• Proven experience managing compliance and licensing for a mortgage lender or broker.
• Able to serve as designated Compliance and/or AML Officer as required by certain states.
• Familiarity with NMLS, SAFE Act, and multi-state regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain all state mortgage licenses for Realfinity Mortgage.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Act as the designated AML/Compliance Officer in applicable states.
• Coordinate license renewals, updates, and reporting.
• Support internal audits and regulatory filings.
• Stay ahead of regulatory changes impacting operations.
