Responsibilities

• Reach out to customers with overdue accounts via calls, email, and letters.
• Negotiate repayment terms and settlements per policy.
• Monitor overdue payments and reconcile account balances.
• Maintain detailed records of all customer communications.
• Log outcomes in CRM and prepare collection reports for management.
• Investigate disputes and escalate complex cases as needed.
• Collaborate with Credit, Sales, and Cash teams to resolve issues.
