Job summary

Genpact Services LLC (Philippines branch) is seeking a Sr. Associate in F&A for I2C to handle end-to-end accounts receivable activities, including cash applications, collections, and disputes resolution.

The role requires strong knowledge of AR processes, collaboration across entities, and updating SOPs as needed. Applicants with real estate client exposure and CAMS/CFE or CFI certifications will be preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, commerce, economics, finance or related field.
• Experience in AR/Cash Applications and collections processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make collection calls to customers and email/fax invoices or mail copies.
• Process cash application and allocate payments per remittances.
• Collaborate across AR entities and manage aged receivables including current ageing buckets.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert for AR processes and maintain SOPs.
• Identify and resolve unidentified cash and follow end-to-end AR workflows.
