Job summary

Lendi Group in Makati is seeking an experienced Mortgage Broker Support Team Manager to lead the Broker Admin program within the Credit and Operations function. After launching the program in 2024, you will scale the team to meet broker network demand while upholding high standards and delivering value.

You will manage people, coach for engagement, collaborate with Learning & Compliance to enhance Grad program, and report performance metrics to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a leadership role within financial services.
• Professional mortgage experience preferred, Australian market ideal.
• Experience in broker support or customer engagement.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Broker Admin program quality and broker/franchise relationships.
• Align team initiatives with OKRs and senior management.
• Lead and coach a diverse team across Australia and the Philippines.
• Develop workflows to improve operations and service delivery.
• Prepare performance reports and insights for stakeholders.
