Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a people-management role within the financial services industry.
• Professional mortgaging experience preferred; Australian mortgage market exposure ideal.
• Extensive experience in broker/finance support or customer engagement roles.
• Degree in Business, Commerce or Finance preferred but not essential.
• Excellent written and spoken English; able to engage with brokers and clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Broker Admin program quality and stakeholder satisfaction with regular reviews.
• Partner with senior management to align team initiatives with OKRs and business objectives.
• Lead a team of broker admins supporting Aussie mobile brokers and franchises across Australia.
• Identify and implement strategies to improve workflows and operational efficiency.
• Prepare and present performance metrics and insights to stakeholders.
