Lendi Group is a leading mortgage and property services platform operating across Australia and the Philippines. We are seeking a Mortgage Broker Support Team Manager to scale our Broker Admin program and lead a growing team of broker admins across Australia, ensuring high-quality service for brokers and their clients.

The role combines strategic, operational, and coaching responsibilities, with emphasis on improving workflows, performance reporting, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a management/leadership role with mentoring experience.
• Mortgaging experience at professional level is required.
• Experience in the Australian mortgage market with end-to-end knowledge is preferred.
• Degree or diploma in Business, Commerce, or Finance is preferred but not essential.
• Proficiency in computer and web applications; willingness to learn new tools.
• Strong English communication and client relationship skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee satisfaction and expectations of the Broker Admin program with regular check-ins with stakeholders.
• Partner with senior management to align team performance with OKRs.
• Lead broker admins supporting Australian mobile brokers and franchises across Australia.
• Identify and implement strategies to enhance workflows and efficiency.
• Track team performance, address feedback, and develop solutions.
• Provide ongoing coaching to drive engagement and performance.
• Collaborate with Learning & Compliance to enhance the Grad program.
• Prepare and present performance reports and key insights to stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with brokers and tailor support to their needs.
