Job summary

Sportradar Philippines is seeking a Monitoring Lead in the Rights Protection team to oversee day-to-day activities of the Monitoring Team, ensuring service delivery objectives, standards and quality are consistently achieved.

The Team Lead will be responsible for team operational leadership, workload management, scheduling, quality assurance, reporting oversight and process improvement initiatives. This role requires a proactive leader with strong organisational and people-management skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operational/analytical/compliance or monitoring roles.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, planning and resource management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities within deadlines.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience developing reporting, metrics and performance frameworks.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable in shift-based or continuous operating environments.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Monitoring Analysts.
• Manage day-to-day workload allocation and priorities.
• Develop and maintain team schedules for coverage and utilization.
• Monitor service delivery against objectives and timelines.
• Conduct QA reviews of outputs and reporting standards.
• Review escalations and guide operational decisions.
• Produce management reporting, performance summaries and updates.
• Support onboarding, training and ongoing development.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures and compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and efficiency.
• Coordinate activities across regions and stakeholders.
• Support capacity planning, resourcing and expansion.
• Act as primary contact for operational issues and team matters.
• Foster accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
