Sutherland Digital Outcomes in Manila seeks a Senior Team Leader to guide multiple Content Protection Operations teams, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing of copyright-related claims. This role aligns SLAs, AHT, quality, CF, QD, and TAT targets with cross-functional stakeholders.

You will lead people, manage workforce capacity, drive continuous improvement, and institute risk management and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline required.
• Minimum of five years in Content Protection Operations, DRM, or Legal Operations.
• Experience leading end-to-end copyright infringement and legal claims handling.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Experience in automation, AI adoption, and process improvement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple Content Protection Operations workstreams to meet SLAs and quality targets.
• Coach and develop Team Leaders; build a high-performing leadership team.
• Oversee daily operations, governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Legal, Quality, HR, Training, and other stakeholders to ensure continuity.
• Drive capacity planning, forecasting, and workforce optimization.
