Job summary

Lancesoft APAC is seeking a Monitoring & Event Management (SRE) expert in Makati to lead enterprise observability initiatives. You will design monitoring standards, drive reliability using Azure Monitor, ServiceNow ITOM Event Management, Grafana and APM tools, and implement SLO/SLI-driven operations.

Collaborating with Infra, App, Network and Cyber teams, you will reduce alert fatigue, enhance incident response, and define runbooks and self-healing architectures to boost service reliability

Qualifications

• Experience with Azure Monitor, Application Insights and Log Analytics (KQL).
• Experience with ServiceNow ITOM Event Management.
• Experience in Monitoring & Observability Engineering.
• Familiarity with Grafana and Prometheus.
• Experience with APM solutions like AppDynamics and ThousandEyes.
• Understanding Telemetry and SLI/SLO implementation.
• Experience in Incident Management and MTTR optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design monitoring standards, patterns, and automation opportunities across enterprise platforms.
• Drive observability and reliability initiatives using Azure Monitor, ServiceNow ITOM Event Management, Grafana, and APM tools.
• Implement SLO/SLI-driven operations and improve service reliability.
• Reduce alert fatigue, optimize event correlation, and improve incident response processes.
• Develop monitoring architectures, runbooks, event management models, and self-healing solutions.
• Partner with infrastructure, application, network, cyber, and operations teams to improve service reliability.
